These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SnapSwipe mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SnapSwipe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SnapSwipe is a photo cleaning and organization application that helps you:

  • Quickly review and delete unwanted photos using swipe gestures
  • Find and remove duplicate or similar photos
  • Detect and clean up blurry or low-quality images
  • Organize photos by faces and people
  • Free up storage space on your device

3. Photo Access & Permissions

To use SnapSwipe, you must grant access to your photo library. You understand that:

  • All photo processing occurs on your device
  • Photos you delete through SnapSwipe go to your device's trash
  • You are responsible for backing up photos before deletion
  • You can revoke access at any time through device settings

4. Pro Lifetime Purchase

Free Features

The free version of SnapSwipe provides basic photo cleanup features with some limitations on advanced features.

Pro Lifetime Access

SnapSwipe Pro is a one-time purchase for $14.99 that unlocks all features permanently. This includes all current features and future updates at no additional cost.

Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your purchase is tied to your store account and can be restored on any device where you're signed in with the same account.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store per their respective refund policies. To request a refund:

  • iOS: Contact Apple through the App Store or reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Android: Contact Google through the Play Store support

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the app
  • Share or resell your Pro access
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the app

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR PHOTOS BEFORE USING ANY CLEANUP FEATURES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPSWIPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR PHOTOS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
